Pinch rolls aided by powered lower bank rolls, grip and feed material through the straightener. Then using a series of rollers, Perfecto stock straighteners bend the stock beyond its elastic limits and then straighten it before the pressing operations. Depending on the flatness required, systems with 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 17 or 21 straightening rolls ranging in size from 1.1" diameter up to 7" diameter, are available to cover a wide range of material capacities. Each system is configured to be compatible with other line components in order to achieve optimum production speeds, and feature fast easy set-up with minimal training.

The Perfecto Model S283607 features automatic lubrication, crop shear, back-up rolls, flattener, and peeler.
